Easy White sauce pasta, no cornflour

White sauce pasta is actually the easiest and quickest pasta recipe. This pasta may take time to develop the taste for your mouth, but ones the taste us developed then you'll never prepare any other sauce but it'll surely be in your favorite list as you start eating it.


Ingredients:

1 tbsp Refined flour
1 cup Milk
1 cup Pasta (penne, macaroni or any other similar shape)
3-4 cloves of Garlic
1 tbsp dry Oregano
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/3 cup Capsicum (Any color)
1/8 cup Broccoli (optional)
1/3 cup Onion
Salt to taste (1tsp)
Pinch of Sugar
Oil for cooking (3 tbsp)

Method:
Heat the oil in the pan. Crush the garlic and put it in the oil. Add diced capsicum, onion and broccoli in the pan, little salt and let them cook, stir occasionally. After they are cooked, take them out in a plate.
Heat 1tbsp oil in the same pan, you cooked the vegetables, add the refined flour and fry, do not fry till brown in color. Just before it turns light brown, Add milk and keep stirring, till it comes to a boil on high flame. Turn down the heat and add salt, pinch of sugar, black pepper, dry oregano, chilli flakes.
You can now add cheese if u want, use processed cheese (1 cube) as it'll melt and mix properly. If u are adding cheese then reduce the quantity of salt atleast by half.
After the sauce reaches the desired consistency, add the vegetables and let it cook for 2 minutes. Add boiled pasta and mix well. let it cook for 2 more minutes. Mix well. Turn off the flame.
Serve in the plate with some oregano on top.

Tips:
1. For one glass of milk, 1 tbsp of refined flour is required to have a proper consistency of the sauce. One glass of milk is enough for a small plate of pasta, say for two fist of uncooked pasta.

2. Use pasta shapes which lets the sauce enters in it like penne and macaroni, because when the sauce oozes out the white sauce pasta tastes great.

3. Do add a pinch of sugar in your sauce as and when u add salt, as it'll make the taste of the sauce sweet and salty. It'll enhance the taste of the sauce. Increase the sugar if you are increasing the quantity.

4. It is recommended to keep salt at a little higher side before adding pasta, because after adding pasta tha taste of sauce will go bland if the salt is not a little higher than what u actually prefer in your dishes.
