Eggless Chocolate brownie cake without condensed milk
In case when you want to enjoy cake but do not have condensed milk, you can make this chocolate brownie cake. It is easy and simple, just follow the recipe as written in the post.
Relish this cake with plain vanilla icecream. Or more melted chocolate on top or enjoy as it is.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup refined flour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp milk powder
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp fruit salt (Eno)
4 tbsp chopped dry fruits
2 tbsp small chocolate pieces
Method:
Mix powdered sugar, oil, milk powder and milk till fluffy.
Sift refined flour, Cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Mix it well in the wet mixture till there are no lumps.
Add vanilla essence, 2 tbsp chopped dry fruits and mix well.
If the mixture us thick, add the milk, spoon by spoon till pouring consistency is achieved.
The consistency should not be runny.
Grease the microwave safe cake mould.
Add fruit salt and mix well.
Pour it in the cake mould mixture.
Now top the mix with the remaining dry fruits and chocolate pieces.
Microwave for 6 minutes.

If you want your cake to be more dark, then increase one tbsp of cocoa powder and reduce the flour by 1/2 tbsp.
Unmould the cake and serve. It is not required for icing as the cake will look beauty without it.
Even if the something is required. Pour little chocolate sauce in strands over it.
Cake is ready to be eaten.
Your can unmould it hot. Serve with vanilla icecream or eat as is.
The condensed milk or milk powder is needed to make the cake soft. They are substitute for eggs in a cake.
Do not refrigerate the cake uncovered if required.
