Coconut wheat flour cookies
This is a healthy version of cookies usually baked. Usually cookies are made from refined flour which is unhealthy because they do not have fiber in them. This wheat flour cookies have fiber and also the coconut which is really great to go for children of all ages and adults as well. The wheat flour in the cookies cooks really fast and therefore it has nice golden brown color way sooner than the refined flour cookies.
Also the cookies are as crumbly and soft as the refined flour cookies. The wheat flour cookies are always said to be as dense, but these one are really light and puffy. As soon as you bake them, people in your house will finish it and you have to prepare more for reserve.

Coconut wheat flour cookies
Ingredients:
1/3 cup ghee
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup Wheat flour
1/3 cup dessicated coconut
1/4 cup refined flour (maida)
4-5 cardamom seeds powder (elaichi)
1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate (baking soda)
1/2 tsp baking powder
Method:
In a large bowl, mix in the ghee and sugar till fluffy. The mixture of ghee and sugar will turn white when they are mixed well and fluffy enough.
Place a sieve over the large bowl. Now put wheat flour, refined flour, baking powder and baking soda. Now sieve in this mixture into the bowl.
Add in dessicated coconut and mix well.
Add in cardamom powder and mix well.
Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade.
Now make the balls of the mixture of any size and started putting it on baking dish.
Bake it for 20-25 minutes at 180 degree.
If you want a dark brown color then bake it at 200 degree for 18-20 minutes.
You can garnish these crumbly cookies with dry fruits before baking and then bake.
However, it is optional.

When the cookies are cooled down place them in the jar and you can eat them for around 2 weeks.
