Eggless Chocolate cake recipe, 6 minute microwave
An Eggless Chocolate cake recipe which is a sot and much tastier than the one which contains egg.
This is prepared within 6 minutes in a microwave oven, all you need is just 15 minutes to prepare and 6 minutes to cook, nothing within half an hour you can prepare, eat and enjoy this cake with your friends and family.
You can also make it even on your friends birthday.

Ingredients:
1 cup refined flour (maida)
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp fruit salt
3 tbsp dry fruits chopped (optional)
2 tbsp chocolate pieces (optional)
Method:
Mix powdered sugar, oil and condensed milk till fluffy.
Sift refined flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Mix it in the wet mixture till there are no lumps. Add vanilla essence, mix well.
Now check the consistency if it is too thick add milk spoon by spoon. The mixture should not be too runny nor too thick.
Add in the dry fruits and chocolate pieces. Mix well.
Now grease a microwave safe cake mould with butter or oil.
Add fruit salt(Eno), mix well and pour the batter in the mould. Microwave for 6 minutes.
Do not open the microwave oven door while it is cooking. The cake will be double the size of the batter so choose the mould accordingly.
Unmould the cake after it is cooled down.
If you want to make your cake more dark, then increase the cocoa powder by 1 tbsp and reduce refined flour by 1 tbsp.
Decorate with chocolate ganache and chocolate shavings. The recipe for chocolate ganache will be in my next blog. It is the easiest way to decorate your cake.
