Preparation time: 20 minute Ingredients: Half kg full fat milk 1/2 cup sugar 1 spoon baking soda Method: Boil the milk and then add sugar and keep stirring. When the sugar is mixed properly and comes to boil, then add baking soda and keep stirring till the milk thickens on low flame. Turn off the flame and Your condensed milk is ready. After it is cooled down transfer in air tight container or bottle. Tips: 1. Keep stirring the mixture or else the sugar will cook and caramelise and your condensed milk will be brown in color. 2. Keep stirring till the milk is almost 75% in quantity. 3. Cook on low flame because on higher flame, the milk will spill.

Ingredients: 15 Monaco biscuits 2 tbsp chopped onion 3 tbsp chopped capsicum 1 tbsp milk cream 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp ketchup sauce A pinch of Salt 3/4 cup grated cheese 1 tsp Italian seasoning Method: In a bowl, mix cream, mayonnaise and ketchup sauce so that it forms a smooth paste. Add in a pinch of salt, onion and capsicum and mix well. Mix Italian seasoning in the grated cheese. Now arrange the biscuits in microwave safe plate, put little cheese and the vegetable mixture on the biscuits. Then, Top these biscuits with more cheese. Microwave for 1 minute. Your cheesy toppers are ready. Alternatively, You can cover these biscuits with the kurkure chaat which I posted earlier. Or else u can also put leftover macaroni pasta onto it. You can garnish the biscuits with a coriander leaf, if u r preparing it for the adults. You can also garnish them with the olives slices, if you want.
