Processed cheese at home
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Freezing time: 4-5 hours
Ingredients:
100gm paneer crumbled
1 tsp maida
1/4 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cow's ghee
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer jar till perfectly blended.
Then put it in a container in the refrigerator covered.
It is ready to use.
You can use this blend also as a spread for breads, it tastes nice and good way to have milk substitute.
You can also use it for filling in pakoras etc.
For better results, use freshly made paneer from cow's milk.
