Minty chocolate bites is a very unique dessert recipe which also works as a mouth freshener at the end of the meal. It is not a regular chocolate bite, it has a twist with the taste of mint in it's white chocolate layer.
Serve this amazing recipe to your guest and surprise them with the burst of freshness in their mouth.
You can make it with milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate, if your intended guests are kids, it is because kids do not like the bitterness of dark chocolate compounds.

Ingredients:

200 Grams of dark chocolate
120 Grams of white chocolate
1 and 1/2 tbsp milk cream
Pinch of peppermint or to taste
4-5 dry fruits for garnishing

Method:

Chop the dark compound and melt in the oven for a minute. Stirring every 30 second.

Layer the tray with butter paper or with the cling film. Apply some butter onto it.

Spread the melted dark chocolate over that lined tray and put it in the refrigerator to harden.
Alternatively, you can take a mould for your desired chocolate shape.

Melt white chocolate in a separate bowl, if you want a clean white color. Or else you can melt it in the same bowl you used for melting dark chocolate.

After melting white chocolate for a minute stirring every 30 seconds. Add in the milk cream, if the chocolate thickens up too much after adding milk cream, microwave for 30 more seconds.

Now add in the peppermint in your white chocolate. If you could not find the peppermint then you can add 1 tbsp powder of mint toffees(example polo). Adjust the taste of the peppermint according to your palette.

Pour this chocolate mixture over the dark chocolate, spread it evenly and put it in the refrigerator.

Roast 4-5 dry fruits for garnishing. Roast the almonds and cashews for about 2 min and 30 seconds. Crush them after they are cooled down.
Melt the remaining dark chocolate in microwave oven, following the same process. Pour and Spread it over the white chocolate. Garnish with the dry fruits and let it set for 15 minutes.
After it hardens up, cut it into the bite size chocolate pieces.

Serve them at the end of any meal. It'll act as a dessert as well as the mouth freshener and surprise everyone in your house.
