Milk masala powder

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup pistachios
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cardamom

Method:

Roast cashew, almonds, pistachios for 5 minute in microwave oven.
Roast black pepper for 2 minute or till it leaves it's light fragrance.
Deseed the cardamom seeds.
Let them cool down.
After they are cooled down, put them in a mixer jar and powder them.
Store the powder in air tight container.
Shelf life of this powder is about 2 weeks.
