Burnt garlic rice, main course recipe in oven


Ingredients:

6-7 garlic cloves sliced
1 tej patta
1 green chilli chopped
1 big bowl rice boiled
Salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp oil

Method:
Boil rice in microwave oven for 10-15 min uncovered.

Pour the oil in glass bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Put garlic and Tej patta, microwave for 3-4 minutes.
Put green chilli, chilli powder, salt, black pepper and garam masala. Mix them in oil. Microwave for 1 minute.
After that put the rice in the bowl, mix well. Microwave for 1 minute.
Now serve and eat.
