Eggless upside down apple cake

A upsidedown cake recipe with apples. Since apples are in this season mak this delicious fruit cake in just 5 minutes.
This cake will also save the time for icing as you o not need to do any because the apples on top willdo their work.
Quick and easy vegetarian recipe. This cake contains no eggs and yet so fluffy.

Ingredients:

1 medium sized Sliced apple
1 cup flour
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup oil(refined)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp fruit salt

Method:

Grease the borosil cake mould or glass bowl, arrange the sliced apples tightly so that bottom of the mould is covered now put the 1 tbsp powdered sugar spreading evenly on the apples.
Bake this at 200 degree for 15 min.

Meanwhile, mix the condensed milk and powdered sugar till fluffy and then add oil, mix well.

Now sift flour, baking powder, baking soda into the mixture. Mix well.

Add the vanilla essence, mix well. See the batter is in pouring consistency, if not then add milk little by little, till the right consistency is achieved.

By this time 15 min of sliced Apple baking will be done.

Now add fruit salt in the batter, mix well and pour it on the apple slices.

Microwave it for 5 minute. Let it cool and remove from the container.

May be one of two slices may stick to the bottom of container. Just remove them and place them onto the cake.

Your upside down apple cake is ready.
