Cheese dip at home
Cheese dips are very much required with chips or breads. You can make these cheese dips at home in very less time and in a very low budget. These dips cost around 50-100 rupees in market but you can prepare this a home in just around 20 rupees. Use it in your pizzas for that extra cheese burst feel or serve it with the garlic bread. Also you can flavour it with you flavour by just mixing the flavours afterwards. It can also be used as spread on bread pizzas. Make nachos and drizzle it on top. Cheese dip at home
Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk with cream
1 amul processed cheese cube (25 gms)
1 tsp butter
Method:
In a pan, add the butter and let it melt a bit. Add milk and start whisking. Whisk for around 4-5 minutes.
Cut cheese cube into small size and mix it into milk and whisk till the cheese it melted. Whisk for 4-5 minutes and scrape the sides of pan because the cheese will burn there and let it emulsify with milk.
Turn off the flame and let it cool at room temperature. Serve with hot bread.
It'll give result of around a small bowl.
