Cheesy kurkure chaat is a tangy and saucy corn and rice flour chips salad recipe. An easy and appetizing recipe. Great as a party snackers and starter. Also a quick recipe for students or people living in hostels, lodging etc. Ingredients: 1 packet corn and rice flour chips (kurkure, nachos, etc) 1 finely chopped onion 1 finely chopped tomato 1 finely chopped capsicum 3 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp ketchup 1/2 tsp black pepper powder Rock salt to taste 1 tbsp fresh cream Method: Mix mayonnaise and ketchup well, till they are perfectly mixed. Add black pepper powder, salt and fresh cream. Mix well. Taste the dressing, it should be tangy, sweet and salty. If your dressing is too tangy then add 1 more tbsp of fresh cream. Crush the kurkure to small bite size pieces. Mix kurkure, all the vegetables. Mix well till everything is covered with the dressing. Garnish with chopped mint or coriander. And serve immediately. Ingredients: 20 multi grain biscuits(Mcvities or Britannia nutri choice) 1/2 cup roasted and chopped dry fruits(almonds, raisins, cashew and walnuts) 1 tbsp coffee 1tbsp cocoa powder 100gm dark or white chocolate compound Method: Crush the biscuits from a rolling pin or in a mixer jar. Ingredients: 1 cup refined flour 1/3 cup oil 4 tbsp powdered sugar 1/2 cup condensed milk 1/4 cup mango puree 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 tsp fruit salt Method: Mix oil, powdered sugar and condensed milk, till fluffy. Add mango puree, mix well. Sift refined flour, baking powder and baking soda together and mix it in the prepared wet mixture. Mix well till there are no lumps. Add vanilla essence, mix well. Ingredients: 1/2 cup refined flour 1/3 cup oil 1/3 cup milk 1/3 cup powdered sugar 4 tbsp milk powder 3/4 medium sized apple sliced 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp fruit salt(Eno) 1 tbsp powdered sugar Butter or oil for greasing Method: Take the cake glass mould or any big glass bowl.
